Check in is available after 2:00pm, and Check out is before 10:00am – unless prior arrangements have been made.

 

Key collection and check in is at Tropical Travellers Park, 3 Kenneally Road, Mareeba, QLD, 4880 – or if you are arriving after hours, we can arrange a contactless self check in for you. Please follow the instructions emailed to you.

For the Self Contained Apartments, there may be a minimum 2 night stay on long weekends, public holidays and event weekends in Mareeba. Over the Easter and Christmas holiday period, there is a minimum 3 night stay. Different rates may apply for long weekends, public holidays and event weekends.

 

No smoking is allowed inside the Tropical Travellers Park Self Contained Studio Apartments, however smoking is permitted outside. Designated smoking areas are provided. There is a no pet policy inside our Self Contained Studio Apartments, however, your furry friends are welcome if staying in the Park.

We accept payment via Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard), Debit Card or Cash. If the below items are not paid for on your departure, we reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for the following:

• Any Accommodation charges

• Any damage incurred to your room or to the Hotel property during your stay

• Any stolen Hotel property

• Any badly soiled towels and/or beddings that require more time or specific products than the normal to remove stains will incur an extra $20 cleaning fee.

 

Towels/blankets/plates/utensils are not to be removed or taken out of the rooms.

In case of lost Room Keys we will charge a fee of $150.
